Milk Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant in Hillingdon to support SEMH and vulnerable learners within a secondary school. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, using trauma‑informed, relational approaches to promote engagement and positive behaviour.
Ideal candidates are Criminology or Psychology graduates with a passion for youth justice and social justice, eager to gain experience in education and safeguarding while developing classroom support skills.
