Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College is seeking a Programme Manager for English and ESOL to provide leadership to the curriculum and teaching team and to drive high-quality provision.
The role includes developing English and ESOL offerings (accredited, non-accredited, and community/outreach) and line-managing tutors to deliver outstanding learner outcomes, including teaching up to 720 hours annually.
