We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Kitchen Manager to lead our La Fontaine kitchen. Our Trust celebrates the diversity of our school community. We welcome visits to our schools.
Our Ideal Candidate Will- Experience in cooking
- Experience of managing staff
- Are allergen aware
- Be to lead and motivate staff
- Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm for training and progression
- Have an ability to read and complete simple instructions, such as cleaning rota, work rota, temperature and control sheets
- Be able to communicate with all kitchen staff, academy staff and pupils
- Display and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
- Able to encourage children to select a balanced meal
- Display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies
