Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant looking to support children at the very beginning of their educational journey?

A wonderfully diverse primary school in Southall is seeking a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support children within the Early Years, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, play-based learning activities. The role will include supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, helping children develop their communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

The primary school has a strong community ethos and a dedicated Early Years team who are passionate about giving every child the best possible start to their education. Staff work collaboratively to create a warm, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and eager to learn.
