Programme Manager English and ESOL

The Programme Manager English and ESOL will work with the Head of Foundation Learning to provide leadership and management to the curriculum and teaching team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing RHACC’s English and ESOL provision, which includes both accredited and non-accredited courses as well as community and outreach provisions.

The role involves providing supportive line management to tutors, ensuring high-quality teaching, eliminating poor practice, and driving outstanding learner outcomes. A key focus will be delivering a learner-centred approach that removes barriers to learning and enables all students to achieve their full potential. The role also includes teaching up to 720 hours per year.
