Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs?

We are looking for caring, patient and dedicated1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants
to support pupils with a range of additional needs. These roles are ideal for experienced SEN professionals, recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a rewarding career in SEND.

You will provide personalised 1:1 support to an individual pupil, helping them access learning, develop independence, build confidence and reach their full potential.

You may support pupils with:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
• ADHD
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
• Physical or complex needs
• EHCPs

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day.
• Helping pupils access learning and activities.
• Supporting communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
• Encouraging independence, confidence and social development.
• Supporting transitions and changes in routine.
• Adapting activities to meet individual needs.
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists and families.
• Providing personal care support where required.

• You will be patient, caring, reliable and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
• Previous experience in SEND, education, care, youth work, psychology or similar environments is desirable but not essential for every role.
