Duties as Art,DT and Food Technician:- Preparing materials, equipment, and resources for Art, DT, and Food lessons
- Supporting teachers during practical activities and demonstrations
- Maintaining workshops, classrooms, and food preparation areas
- Ensuring equipment is stored safely and maintained appropriately
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies
- Maintaining health and safety standards across all departments
- Supporting students during practical learning activities where required
- Previous experience working as a technician, workshop assistant, or within a practical educational setting
- Knowledge of Art, Design Technology, Food Technology, or catering environments
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Understanding of health and safety requirements in practical subjects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
