Are you an experienced Foundation Learning, SEN/SEND or FE Lecturer looking for a new opportunity?

We are recruiting for an Entry 3 Lecturer working with learners who have low starting points, SEND/SEMH needs and barriers to learning
.

• Deliver English, Maths, tutorials and personal/social/study skills
  .
• Support learners with low starting points and barriers to learning.
• Develop engaging and differentiated learning.
• Support positive behaviour and learner engagement.
• Monitor progress, attendance and achievement.
• Contribute to EHCP and progression planning.
• Work closely with support staff and external professionals.

• Essential:
  Full Level 5 teaching qualification - PGCE, Cert Ed or DET.
• Experience teaching SEND/SEMH learners
  .
• Experience working with low starting points or challenging/disengaged learners.
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering English and Maths.
• A resilient, patient and inclusive approach.
