An outstanding secondary school in Upminster is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team this September. This is a full:time, long:term position supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), with a strong potential to transition into a permanent contract for the right candidate.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to secondary school students with various SEN needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech and Language difficulties).
• Work closely with the class teachers and the SENDCo to implement tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Act as a mentor and positive role model, helping students build confidence, academic skills, and emotional resilience.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.

A patient, adaptable attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young people are absolutely essential.

• Competitive Pay:
  Start at GBP
  95 per day, automatically increasing to GBP
  110 per day after 12 weeks in line with Agency Workers Regulations (AWR).
