This non-teaching role focuses on leading the wellbeing and progression of Year groups, developing effective systems and strategies to ensure every student fulfils their educational potential.
You will manage student behaviour, monitor attendance, and contribute to the school Improvement Plan in partnership with the Pastoral Lead.
