Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in young children's lives? We are currently seeking a Level 3
SEN Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding Primary School in Sydenham on a part time basis in Year 1. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment, surrounded by enthusiastic colleagues and eager learners.

With a commitment to fostering a love for learning, the Nursery School prides itself on creating a stimulating environment where children thrive. The nursery is an integral part of the school's success, and as a SEN Teaching Assistant
, you'll be joining a team dedicated to providing high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working one to one with a dedicated child in Year with an EHCP.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education.
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families.
Ideal Qualifications/Attributes:
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
  • Previous experience working as a SEN TA in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and promoting their well-being and development.
