SEN HLTA
- Southwark - SEN School - 120- 150 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time
- Immediate Start

    - Previous experience working as a HLTA within an SEN setting required

    - Experience supporting pupils with autism, SLD, PMLD or complex needs desirable
  • SEN HLTA
    - Must be confident leading lessons, delivering interventions and supporting behaviour

    - Required full time ASAP

The Role - SEN HLTA
Seeking a confident and proactive SEN HLTA to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist SEN setting. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to lead small-group and whole-class learning activities, deliver targeted interventions and provide cover for lessons when required. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs.

You will help pupils work towards their EHCP outcomes, promote independence, support positive behaviour and contribute to a structured and inclusive learning environment.

This specialist provision is located in the London Borough of Southwark and is within walking distance of a nearby London Underground station. The school supports pupils with a range of complex special educational needs and provides personalised learning, therapeutic support and a nurturing environment focused on communication, independence and life skills development. The school was judged 'Good' at its most recent Ofsted inspection in 2023.
