The Crafts Council seeks a freelance consultant to design and deliver a co-creation process with Young Craft Citizens (YCC) to shape the Future Craft Leaders programme. You will work with YCC members and Crafts Council teams to test ideas, identify priority needs and develop recommendations for structure, content and delivery.
Focus areas include an inclusive leadership journey, training, workshops, mentoring, partnerships and national cohort delivery for around 20 youths annually, launching in
