Examinations Invigilator

Harris City Academy Crystal Palace is a mixed Academy for 1,300 students aged 11-18, with a large sixth form of nearly 400 students. The Academy has four consecutive Outstanding judgments by Ofsted, with the most recent inspection in 2025 finding the Academy to be Outstanding in every category. We are looking to hire casual Exam Invigilators for to help to supervise the conduct of students in examinations at Harris City Academy Crystal Palace.

Hours of work will be as notified in advance by the Examinations Officer and start and end dates will be throughout the school year as and when required.

You will support the Exams Officer with the day-to-day operation of examination venues and other examination processes, with activities including:

• Assisting with setting-up examination venues by laying out stationery, equipment and examination papers
• Assisting candidates prior to the start of examinations
• Ensuring that candidates do not talk once inside examination venues
