This is a long-term opportunity starting in September, supporting secondary-aged pupils aged 1119 with Autism and complex communication needs, in a school that has built its entire culture around helping young people grow, communicate and thrive.
What You'll Be Doing

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with Autism and complex learning needs
• Supporting the development of communication, independence and life skills across the curriculum
• Writing and reviewing EHCPs and personalised learning plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Creating a structured, nurturing classroom environment where pupils feel safe and motivated
• Working alongside therapists, support staff and families to ensure the best outcomes for every pupil
