Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in community settings. This role goes beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging learning experiences.
You will build trust, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and report safeguarding concerns while collaborating with families and regional teams. Flexibility to work across locations and daytime hours is preferred.
