SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching AssistantPropsero Teaching is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or support worker who can support children in an SEN school in East Ham. The school is for children aged KS3 with a wide range of learning difficulties needs from Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) to Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).

In addition to learning needs some pupils also have complex medical needs. Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and caring individual who can support children on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. Personal care may be involved. Located in East Ham the school is a short walk away from public transport. The position is open to all experienced Teaching Assistants and support workers who have some experience in a similar role.

Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
