About the Role

The successful Early Years Teacher will deliver engaging and effective learning experiences across the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring continuity of learning and care in the absence of the class teacher.

As an Early Years Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate EYFS lessons and activities
• Follow planning and adapt learning activities to meet children's needs
• Support children's early development, learning and progress
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote positive relationships
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage children's confidence, independence and curiosity
• Support pupils' wellbeing and work collaboratively with school staff

You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary school settings, gaining valuable experience and building relationships with different school teams.
