Teaching Assistants / LSAs

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a number of fantastic primary schools and SEN settings across South London, and we're actively seeking talented, committed TAs and LSAs for day-to-day and short-term supply work.
About the roles:- SEN TA/LSA positions across South London
- Day-to-day, short-term and block bookings available
- Regular work throughout the school year
- Supporting pupils across a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD and complex needs
- Well-resourced classrooms with strong, collaborative staff teams
- Backed by supportive and experienced Senior Leadership Teams (SLT)

- Experience working as a TA, LSA or 1:1 support in a primary or SEN setting
- Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to different school environments
- A positive, proactive and professional approach
