We're looking for dedicated
SEN Classroom Assistants
to support pupils with additional needs in specialist and mainstream school settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about helping young people succeed while gaining valuable experience for future careers in education, psychology, therapy, or youth support.
SEN Classroom Assistant Role:

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning, engagement, and classroom participation
• Promoting emotional regulation, confidence, and independence
• Assisting teachers in creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Building strong relationships with pupils to encourage progress and achievement
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
• Patient, resilient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
• Experience supporting SEN, SEMH, Autism or behavioural needs is advantageous
• Ideal for aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or Youth Workers
