Are you a recent Psychology graduate has experience working alongside students with learning needs? If so, we are looking for a compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join an ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in Enfield at the start of this academic year.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with students who have a range of educational needs such as, ADHD, Autism, and SEMH needs. You will be supporting students across KS1 and KS2, assisting them to proactively engage in the classroom and allowing them to reach their full potential. This SEND Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who wants to gain experience in a school setting and has ambitions of working in Education or Educational Psychology.

• Term time only, 8.30am-3.30am and school holidays off
• Working closely with SEND professionals such as Educational Psychologists and SENCOs
• Gain vital experience with students with additional learning needs
• Continues professional development and personal growth

This SEND Teaching Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity for you to support primary age students by adding structure and offering assistance which will allow children to have a more enjoyable experience in the classroom and to excel socially and academically.

The perfect SEND Teaching Assistant will be caring, patient and committed within their role. Previous experience in other SEND Teaching Assistant roles or experience working with children would be an advantage.
