Position: Tutor – All Subjects & Age Groups

Tutors collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to offer tailored learning pathways in both mainstream and alternative settings. We ensure quality through rigorous recruitment, safeguarding measures, and continuous professional development for our tutors.

Role Description

This is a flexible, hybrid tutor role located in the City of London. Tutors will deliver tailored, high-quality tuition across various subjects and age groups, adapting to the individual needs of each student. Responsibilities include lesson planning, delivering sessions, progress tracking, and providing feedback to students and their families. Tutors will also work collaboratively with schools, families, and relevant professionals to support the holistic development of students, ensuring inclusivity and adaptability in all learning environments.

Qualifications
  • Strong teaching and subject expertise in core academic areas and/or specialised subjects (required)
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one) and familiarity with safeguarding standards (required)
  • Proficiency in planning personalised lessons and tracking student progress
  • Skills in supporting students with additional educational needs, including SEND or SEMH challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with families, schools, and professionals
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practices
  • Relevant teaching qualification (QTS) is highly desirable
