Salary: £100 - £117 per day

The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide classroom support across KS3, KS4, and KS5 settings
- Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups where required
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and participation in learning
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment
- Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom settings
We welcome applications from individuals who have:
- A Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or relevant childcare qualification, or recent experience working with children
- A positive, patient, and supportive approach to working with young learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to work across different school settings
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
