Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in transforming Bio Phorum's unique expertise into engaging, high-quality learning experiences that support industry advancement and commercial growth.

Working closely with subject matter experts, trainers and the wider Training Services team, you will design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended and LMS-enabled learning programmes. You will create structured learning pathways, assessments, digital learning assets and facilitator resources that turn complex scientific and technical content into accessible, effective and engaging learning experiences. Your work will help establish a professional learning design capability and support the continued expansion of Bio Phorum's training portfolio.
