Are you an experienced Art & Design Lecturer or Teacher with experience working with SEND learners?

We are recruiting for a part-time temporary Art & Design Lecturer to deliver Entry Level 3 Art & Design to learners with SEND.

• Plan and deliver engaging Art & Design lessons
  .
• Adapt teaching to meet individual SEND needs.
• Develop learners' creative, practical and employability skills.
• Assess and monitor learner progress.
• Support EHCP outcomes and progression.
• Work closely with Learning Support Assistants and other professionals.
• Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and learner wellbeing.

• Essential:
  Full Level 5 teaching qualification - PGCE, Cert Ed or DET.
• Strong Art & Design subject knowledge
  .
• Experience teaching learners with SEND
  , including autism, learning difficulties and/or complex needs.
• Experience adapting teaching for Entry Level learners.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A creative, patient and inclusive approach.
