Safeguarding and Pastoral Support Officer; Term time

This is a new position and we are seeking to appoint a dedicated, compassionate and highly organised individual to join our safeguarding and pastoral team in a pivotal role supporting the wellbeing, safety and success of our students. We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with young people in an educational, pastoral, or safeguarding setting
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Has strong organisational skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
• Understands safeguarding procedures and the importance of confidentiality
• Is empathetic, resilient, and committed to student wellbeing
