Dovetail and Slate is seeking a Transition Officer to support learners with EHCPs and SEND as they transition into college, based in Redhill & Croydon. You will coordinate transition and admissions, support EHCP consultations and pre-entry assessments, ensuring learners have the right support in place.
The ideal candidate will have experience in educational or support settings, knowledge of SEND, strong communication and organisational skills, and a relevant SEND/education/wellbeing
