Location: Greater London

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, 35.5 hours per week (flexible working considered, occasional evenings and Sundays with TOIL)
Location: JLGB Head Office (E18) with delivery across Greater London and occasional UK travel Start Date: April 2026

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in the British Jewish community.

You'lljoin JLGB's Programmes Team to support the planning,development and delivery of our core programmes, including:

  • JLGB Local Youth Groups (weekly sessions across the UK)
  • Generation Resilience (school-based lunchtime clubs and workshops)
  • Duke of Edinburgh's Award (training, practical days, expeditions and assessed expeditions)

This is a varied role combining office-based coordination with hands-on delivery. You will help ensure programmes are well planned, well communicated,well resourcedand delivered to a high standard, while also delivering sessions directly with young people as part of your working week.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Support programme planning and development across local groups,schools and DofE
  • Support coordination oflogisticsincluding calendars, staffing, venues,equipment and delivery resources
  • Deliver youth sessions in schools and local groups as required
  • Support delivery of JLGB's kosher and faith-sensitive DofE programme
  • Track attendance, feedback and programme data to support reporting and evaluation
  • Support programme communications to schools, parents,volunteers and partners
  • Work closely with the wider JLGB team to support events and peak delivery periods
Who We're Looking For:
  • Someone with a background or interest in youth work, education, communityprogrammesor outdoor learning
  • A confident, positive role model with strong communication skills
  • Organised, proactive and happy managing multiple work streams
  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Comfortable travelling between locations and being hands-on with delivery
  • Someone with a passion for Jewish life,inclusion and personal development
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
  • Experience delivering sessions to young people is ideal
  • Experience of DofE is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
