OVERVIEW Queen Mary University of London is seeking to appoint a Joint Educational Institute (JEI) Administrator – Operations, Finance and Logistics to support the delivery of Transnational Education programmes developed collaboratively with Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU). The role focuses on operational coordination, financial administration, logistics, and support for student exchange activity connected to the partnership. The position is based at the Mile End campus in London and includes occasional travel to NPU’s campus in Xi'an.
The successful administrator will contribute to the ongoing development and smooth delivery of collaborative education programmes.
- Support the delivery of Transnational Education programmes delivered collaboratively by Queen Mary University of London and Northwestern Polytechnical University
- Manage travel and visa arrangements for the Flying Faculty
- Provide logistical support for the continued development and growth of the partnership
- Work from the Mile End campus with occasional travel to NPU’s campus in Xi'an
- Ability to support operational, finance, and logistics activities related to collaborative education programmes
- Ability to manage travel and visa arrangements
- Ability to maintain financial records
- Ability to coordinate student exchange programmes
- Ability to provide administrative support for partnership development
