You will be supported from day one, with opportunities to grow, challenge yourself and gain invaluable classroom experience before progressing into teacher training. You will be working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils within lessons, carrying out 1:1 and small group interventions, and helping to raise attainment across core areas such as Phonics, Reading, Writing and Maths.
