Job Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences and ensure students remain focused on pre-prepared work. A successful Cover Supervisor must be confident managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher.

· Ensure students complete assigned work set by the teacher.

· Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

· Report any issues or concerns to senior staff.

· Support students with questions and encourage engagement.

Requirements:

· Experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is desirable.

· Strong classroom management and communication skills.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure.

· A positive attitude and professional presence.
