Dorset Council UK is recruiting 8 Best Start Inclusion Practitioners to join the Best Start Family Hub network, supporting children aged 0-5 and their families with SEND and early development needs.
These fixed-term posts run until 31 March 2029 and will be based in Family Hub locations across Dorset, delivering early information, guidance and inclusive, family-centred support within local communities.
