Summary
- The Interim Curriculum & Quality Manager will provide strategic leadership for curriculum development quality assurance safeguarding and performance improvement across Haringey Learns. The postholder will lead the design and delivery of a high-quality inclusive adult learning provision that responds to local community needs labor market demands and funding requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning development and implementation of an innovative and inclusive curriculum offer.
- Ensure curriculum provision aligns with local skills priorities community needs employer demand and funding requirements.
- Develop programs that improve learner participation progression employability and achievement.
- Regularly review curriculum performance and implement improvements to maximize learner outcomes.
- Ensure curriculum planning supports equality diversity inclusion and accessibility.
Essential Experience Required
- Significant experience in curriculum leadership within Adult Education Further Education Community Learning or Skills sectors.
- Proven experience in leading quality assurance and quality improvement programs.
Essential Qualifications Required
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Teaching qualification (PGCE Cert Ed DTLLS Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent).
- Relevant management or leadership qualification or substantial leadership experience.
- Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training or willingness to obtain.
Additional Information
- Working hours:
36 hours per week. - DBS Required.
- Location:
187-197A High Road London Greater London N22 6XD
United Kingdom. - Candidates must be ready to start immediately with no more than 4 weeks notice.
- We operate on a bi-weekly schedule.
