Pastoral Administrator

We are Shaftesbury High School - a locally maintained secondary SEND school for 170 students. We are looking to appoint a Pastoral Administrator, who will focus on supporting the Head of Student Pastoral Support in completing their duties.

We are looking to appoint from mid-September 2026 onwards.

Shaftesbury is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure and a Debarring check.

The successful candidate requires experience of pastoral administration, especially around EHCPs and the annual review process. The successful candidate will have high levels of motivation, initiative and will be detail oriented.
