Randstad partners with a leading Further Education college in South East London to recruit a Skills Coach and Lecturer specializing in Property Maintenance & Carpentry. The role combines two teaching days with three days of coaching apprentices in workplace settings.
Two days of classroom/workshop delivery for PMO and three days coaching Carpentry apprentices across sites, with initial ILPs, EPA tracking and ongoing progress reviews.
