Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead programmatic media for its EMEA B2C business. You will own the end-to-end programmatic channel, partnering with DSPs (Amazon DSP, DV360) and agencies to drive Gross Ads and optimize CPA/ROAS across all markets.
You will design measurement frameworks (MMM/MTA), champion automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale campaigns, build playbooks, and deliver performance improvements at scale.
