The Hawkswood Group is seeking a new headteacher to lead both Hawkswood Primary Pupil Referral Unit and the SEMH provision, alongside Hawkswood Therapeutic Secondary, located on the same site. The successful candidate will bring vision, drive and strong leadership to sustain high standards in teaching and student well-being.
They will inspire staff, create a secure learning environment, strengthen safeguarding practices, and partner with senior leaders from other schools.
