Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in education?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming schools in Hammersmith & Fulham, supporting pupils across Primary, Secondary and SEN settings.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their full potential. Depending on the school and role, your responsibilities may include:

Supporting pupils in the classroom and during lessons
Working with individuals and small groups
Providing additional support to pupils with SEN and additional needs
Supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally
Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assisting teachers with classroom activities
Encouraging pupils and helping them build confidence
Working as part of a supportive school team
We Are Looking For

Experienced Teaching Assistants
Graduates looking to begin a career in education
Candidates with experience working with children or young people
Applicants with SEN experience
Candidates with Primary or Secondary school experience
Caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic individuals
Relevant qualifications and school experience are desirable but not essential for all positions.
