We’re working with a growing training provider looking for an experienced Curriculum Product Manager to take ownership of the design, development and continuous improvement of technical curriculum across Apprenticeships, Bootcamps and commercial training programmes
.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands both curriculum development and the fast-changing technical skills market — and wants to have a genuine influence on what outstanding teaching and learning looks like.

You’ll be involved in:
  • Designing and developing curriculum across digital and technical pathways
  • Creating engaging course materials, lesson plans, schemes of work, labs and practical exercises
  • Developing workplace and supplementary assessment materials
  • Building new curriculum around AI, Green Skills and emerging growth markets
  • Creating bespoke curriculum solutions around employer requirements
  • Supporting the development of Level 5, Bootcamp and commercial training opportunities
  • Supporting bids, employer solutions and wider commercial opportunities
  • Training and supporting technical trainers, coaches and sales teams on curriculum delivery
  • Quality assuring existing and newly developed learning materials
  • Evaluating curriculum following delivery and continually improving the learner experience
  • Working closely with trainers, coaches, IQAs, sales, marketing and senior stakeholders
We’re looking for someone who has:
  • A strong understanding of technical/digital education
  • Experience working within the FE / apprenticeship / training provider environment
  • Experience of an Ofsted inspection
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • A creative and commercially aware approach to curriculum development
  • A genuine commitment to quality, continuous improvement and learner outcomes
