We are hiring an AV Associate Director to join Zenith PMX and play a key role in shaping media investment strategies for two of Zenith's most exciting brands. This is an opportunity to lead impactful AV campaigns across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV and Cinema while working alongside some of the industry's most experienced investment specialists. • Lead AV investment planning and activation across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV and Cinema campaigns.
• Inspire and support a team of AV specialists, creating an environment where people can thrive and develop their careers.
• Build strong partnerships with media owners to secure outstanding value and innovative opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate closely with planning and digital investment teams to develop integrated media solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Use audience insights, market intelligence and industry trends to inform recommendations and enhance campaign performance.
• Oversee campaign delivery from brief through to activation, optimisation and post-campaign review.
• Ensure financial accuracy, audit compliance, KPI achievement and operational excellence across all AV activity.

• Strong experience across AV planning and buying, with expertise in TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV and Cinema.
• Experience leading and developing teams, with a collaborative and supportive management style.
• Excellent client relationship skills, with the confidence to provide strategic recommendations and constructive challenge when appropriate.
• Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem and how it complements AV investment strategies.
• Experience managing financial processes, purchase orders and campaign investment with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
