School Administration Officer – Beckenham

Pay: £14.25 – £18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Horizon Teachers are recruiting for an experienced School Administration Officer to join a primary school in Beckenham. This is a varied role supporting the effective day-to-day running of the school office and providing high-quality administrative support to staff, pupils and parents.

• Provide efficient administrative and clerical support across the school office
• Maintain accurate pupil information, attendance and computerised school records
• Support admissions, pupil transfers and other pupil-related administration
• Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and senior leadership team
• Assist with finance, orders, invoices, staff records and general school office processes

• Previous administration experience, ideally within an education or school environment
• Experience using Arbor or a similar school Management Information System (MIS)
• Strong IT, communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
