Senior Learning Specialist

• Develop Leadership content and new platform functionalities in partnership with subject matter experts
• Deliver online and in-person training sessions
• Work with business partners to identify training needs
• Create instructor-led and virtual training using innovative solutions
• Partner with multiple teams to forecast potential contact drivers, plan troubleshooting, and curate learning experiences
• Develop measurable learning objectives and materials that promote transfer, retention, and application
• Design and develop coursework, facilitate sessions, and manage online courses
• Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives
• Apply instructional design principles and methodologies to develop e-learning modules, SME-led training, multimedia resources, and other learning materials using AI
• Apply agile project management to manage priorities, timelines, and changing requirements
• Create and curate visually appealing, user-friendly instructional content
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and evaluations and improve programs
• Create technical upskilling materials, including facilitator and participant materials, slide decks, instructional guides, job aids, scripts, storyboards, and video captures
• Create interactive online training using the Articulate 360 suite (Rise and Storyline)
• Facilitate virtual instructor-led sessions

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and / or previous relevant working experience in graphic or instructional design for 5+ years
• 2+ years of experience using Articulate 360 suite (or similar)
• Ability to facilitate technical workshops in-person or virtual in an engaging manner
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Understanding of AI, technology and best practices in the e-learning field
• Ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues
• Experience developing content and supporting Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP), such as Walk Me
• Solid knowledge of instructional theory and instructional systems design, including assessment
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and to bring an energetic and innovative approach to work
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
• Experience with in a corporate environment with global multi-site operations is considered an advantage

Demonstrates expertise in instructional design and e-learning development, utilizing tools like Articulate 360 to create engaging training materials. Proficient in applying agile project management principles to deliver effective learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
