Day-to-day of the role:
- Organise and coordinate work experience placements, aligning opportunities with student interests and career aspirations.
- Assist students with the UCAS application process, providing support from initial application to acceptance.
- Deliver tailored careers advice, helping students understand various career paths and the qualifications needed.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses and educational institutions to enhance student career opportunities.
- Conduct workshops and seminars aimed at equipping students with essential career skills.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress towards their career goals.
