A highly regarded primary school in Waltham Forest is seeking a Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant to join its inclusion team from September 2026 until July 2027.

This role is ideal for graduates interested in SEND, Educational Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy or teaching. The school supports a diverse cohort of pupils and has developed specialist intervention programmes that help students with Autism, ADHD and communication needs thrive within mainstream education. • £444–£513 per week via PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
• Full-time role from September 2026 until July 2027 with potential extension

You will support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them access learning, build confidence and achieve their academic goals. Responsibilities include implementing intervention plans, adapting resources and collaborating with teaching staff to ensure students receive consistent support.

• Russell Group graduate with a 2:1 degree or above
