Education & Retail Coordinator – Retail

• Coordinate planning, delivery and measurement of educational activity and content across the Travel Retail region and retailers
• Create physical and digital training content for NPD launches, Start of a Dream follow-up, artistry development and learning and development
• Plan and deliver training materials for NPD launches and field communications
• Modify, proofread and update training materials
• Create annual or biannual departmental hero videos from brief through execution
• Lead the internal communications channel with department updates and scheduled events
• Manage regional retail calendars covering induction, NPD launch, artistry certification and development training
• Monitor Field Training Manager training and store visit dates
• Support regional education plans and design and collate training surveys
• Lead planning and delivery of classroom training, train-the-trainer sessions, regional conferences and education meetings
• Coordinate venues, catering, products, hygiene requirements, travel, accommodation, gifting and content
• Support artistry and L&D certification courses, Retail Conferences, Seasonal Schools and field team meetings
• Forecast and track training team travel and expense costs, escalating cost-centre risks and opportunities
• Manage gratis forecasting, calendars and delivery to store teams
• Replenish training kits and monitor the associated budget
• Report to the Head of Education, TR, and collaborate with Retail Managers and Field Training Managers across UK, EMEA and ME
• Coordinate deadlines and requirements across stakeholders at all levels without direct reports

• Flexibility to travel, if required
• Previous experience in a similar operational role is advantageous
• Good understanding of retail environment
• Effective communicator with excellent English written and verbal skills
• Ideally additional languages of Spanish/French
• Grammar checking and proofreading skills
• Highly structured and organised
• Personable and approachable; able to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable working in ambiguity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, concatenation, custom filters, tables, and sums
• PowerPoint presentation creation with strong attention to detail
• Effective Outlook email and diary management
• Google Docs, Zoom, Photo Editor and Word are advantageous
• Independent, proactive and self-starter approach
• Process-oriented
