Supply Desk are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join a successful and supportive school in the Pinner area
.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5. You will deliver engaging and purposeful Maths lessons that develop students confidence, problem-solving abilities and enthusiasm for the subject.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to establish or further develop their teaching career within a positive, ambitious and supportive school environment.

• Plan and deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Differentiate lessons effectively to meet the needs of all learners
• Monitor, assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Contribute to curriculum development and wider departmental initiatives
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and attendance
• Encourage students to develop confidence and independence in Mathematics
• Support students in achieving their academic potential

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching Maths
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• The ability to motivate, challenge and inspire young people
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
• A positive and flexible approach to working as part of a school team
