Health and Social Care Lecturer

Reed and seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join a great team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position. The role involves teaching Health and Social Care Levels 1-3 to both adult and young learners.

• Salary: £30-£35 per hour PAYE or £35-£38 per hour Umbrella
• Working Hours:
  
  28.8 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in Health and Social care Levels 1-3.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to both adult and young learners.
• Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and progress.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines during sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience teaching Health and Social Care Levels 1-3.
• Ability to engage and educate both adult and young learners effectively.
• IQA qualification is essential.
