We are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Lecturers for a range of full-time and part-time positions across London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within Further Education settings, supporting learners with diverse learning needs and helping them achieve their educational and personal goals.

As a SEND Lecturer, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to learners with SEND.
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual learning requirements.
• Create a supportive and positive learning environment.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, parents/carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote independence, confidence, and achievement among students.

• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).
• Experience teaching learners with SEND within Further Education, Schools, or Alternative Provision settings.
• Strong understanding of EHCPs and inclusive teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

• Competitive pay rates of £30 - £37 per hour
