Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

Affinity Partnerships are offering a unique opportunity to work in SEND school in Sutton and surrounding area that are specifically to support children and young people.

With your understanding of human behaviour, communication, development, and mental health, you are uniquely placed to make a real difference in a SEND setting. You'll apply your academic knowledge in a practical, supportive environment, helping students to overcome barriers, build trust, and make progress in ways that are meaningful to them.

Many psychology graduates go on to pursue careers in Educational or Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or SEN teaching. This role provides the essential, real-world experience these fields require - while giving you the opportunity to support children who benefit so much from your skills and empathy.

• A recent graduate in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• A caring, patient, and proactive individual who is ready to get involved and learn
• A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience.

• Support in writing CV's and job applications.
• 200 for any successful referral of Teachers and 100 for Teaching Assistants.
