At Victor Seymour Infants' School, we are seeking a committed SEND One to One Support to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school.

This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the daily life of the school, providing essential support that enables pupils, staff and the wider school community to thrive. Your work will have a meaningful impact on creating a positive and successful learning environment.

As a SEND One to One Support, you will provide essential operational support that enables staff to focus on delivering high-quality teaching and learning. You will be a key point of contact for colleagues, pupils, parents and external stakeholders, helping to ensure processes run effectively and professionally across the school.

• Supervise pupils with SEND ensuring their safety and ability to access learning activities and understand the information presented.
• Aid the delivery of education plans suitable to each pupils' learning onjectives.
• Build a trusting relationship with all pupils and communicate according to their understanding
• Promote inclusion and acceptance, support diversity and ensure pupils have equal access to learning and development.

• Minimum level 3 vocational training/qualification in the care, development and education of children
• Previous experience of working with children in an educational setting
• Some knowledge of children's social, emotional and behaviour needs and how to support these
